Please complete the attached form for your student to participate in athletics at Boris Elementary during the Fall season. The sports included in this season are:

• Boys Cross Country – Coach Mr. Manjarrez
• Girls Cross Country – Coach Ms. Wiggins
• Football – Coach N. Gonzalez
• Girls Volleyball – Coach Ms. Lord-Huff

Please remember that only 5th-6th grade students are eligible for Football and Volleyball. Cross Country is for 4th-6th grade students.
